INMP Membership (2023)

Membership in the International Network of Museums for Peace (INMP) is open to all museums for peace and related organizations and individuals interested in peace-building globally and locally. Benefits of membership include: access to member-only resources and newsletters; member-pricing to the INMP-sponsored events and Conferences; networking and consultancies with museum professionals, peace researchers, educators, authors and scholars. Members have opportunities to present or publish about their projects or programs relevant to museums for peace in INMP publications and social media, and at INMP Conferences and webinars. Members also have opportunities to serve on INMP working groups, special projects, and to contribute to INMP-governance as elected or appointed officers, executive board members and advisory council members. 

INSTITUTIONAL MEMBERSHIP

Museums for Peace and related programs and organizations are encouraged to become Institutional members of INMP. Institutional members receive recognition of your museum/organisation in INMP publications, website, and social media, and have opportunities to host or organise INMP-sponsored events and Conferences. Institutional members have multi-user access to INMP resources and programs. 

INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP 

Individual Membership in INMP is open to anyone interested in peace-building, including students and youth, artists, writers and journalists, teachers, museum professionals, health professionals, civic and community leaders, and peace, human rights, and environmental advocates. 

HOW TO BECOME AN INMP MEMBER

To become an INMP member (Individual or Institutional), please complete and submit the NEW MEMBER APPLICATION FORM [https://forms.gle/ZudQTKZhbvSwWtvJ8] and pay the appropriate Membership Fee below.  

INMP MEMBERSHIP FEES (2023) 

INSTITUTIONAL MEMBERSHIPS 

The Institutional Member Fee (2023) is ¥12,500 (Japanese Yen) / year.
[¥12,500 JPY is approximately €90,00 (EURO) and $93.00 (USD).]

Institutions in OECD/ Industrialised countries pay the Institutional Membership Fee (¥12,500) and any optional/voluntary donation amount. Institutions in non-OECD countries [i.e. countries not on this list] are exempt from the INMP Institutional Membership Fee.

INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIPS 

The Individual Member Fee (2023) is ¥2,500 (Japanese Yen) / year
[¥2,500 JPY is approximately €18,00 (EURO) or $19.00 (USD).]

Individuals in OECD/ Industrialised countries pay the Individual Membership Fee (¥2,500) and any optional/voluntary donation amount. Individuals in non-OECD countries [i.e. countries not on this list] are exempt from the INMP Individual Membership Fee.
